GCDC Example heat

Ilustrative example of one of the GCDC heats during the GCDC 2011.

This video starts with the urban scenario where 2x2 platoons are both waiting for a traffic light. The 2x2 platoons have to merge to form 2x1 single platoons and continue to the highway scenario. During the highway scenario the lead vehicle follows a designated speedprofile and the participating vehicles behind it have to anticipate to this and the behavior of the other vehicles in order to perform as string stable as possible.
