  • Always such great presentations Rich!! I've been using PSP X2 for over 2 years now and always trying to raise the bar on my work. Using some of these methods will definitely help do that. As a photographer I tend to shoot dark so as not to loose detail from over exposure. Much easier to brighten and retain detail. Once over exposed the detail can be lost!

  • @mustangeddie302 Ain't that the truth - getting detail back in blown out highlights is an exercise in futility.

Have you tried the Shadows/Highlights adjustment? I've been using it in Photoshop and Elements and it really is quite effective.

  • 21st century Bob Ross right here! Amazing tutorial.

  • @kimbergirlie24 Ya - you can have a different blend mode for each layer and they are right above the layer.

  • Hi.. I was wondering.. when you have your layers box up, how do you get the blend moods across in each layer level?mine is just at the top of the box?
