Conan did the right thing.

At the end of the day he has shown that he has more class than both NBC and Leno put together. On top of that he didn't mention Jay's name once in the whole show. A subtle way of saying "Fuck you, this is MY night".

If he had've gone out there and just bitched and moaned, it would have been lowering himself. Conan tried to make the occassion special, not a depressing drag.

Jay Leno, in todays interview on Oprah, proved that he is neither sincere or truthful.

NBC gave him his career.. Not Jeff Zucker or Jay Leno.. There is much more to NBC than that. Conan repeatedly pointed out those from NBC that he thanked and appreciated..
