I'm a new gunsmith. I've figured new ways to make a 50 cal sniper rifle that can easily hit it's mark by 1 mile. Is it illegal perhaps to take a picture from like halo 3 the SMG (small machine gun) and turn that into a PSD weapon? Hi. I'm writing a novel, and I'm not some famous author. I want to eventually get it published and I heard you have to pay BIG money to get it published. Is that true?
