    Actually, the bullets would be assembled in a sealed space for that reason. It would be a logistic nightmare to move all the parts to different plants.

    This beginning bothers me because the bullet cannot be all manufactured in the same plant. Notice the sparks in the beginning. Imagine that around all the powder they put in each bullet.
