They do allow you to film.. Numbers were down this year at the secc was busyer last year.

i am telling you the Secc have signs everywhere saying NO CAMERAS,one of the guards told me i had to get a Media pass to film but i didn't have the time for all that palaver lol

Glasgow Carnival totally blew away the Birmingham Nec fair with Birmingham taking a total of 10,000 customers over 3 weeks.
Glasgow Secc Carnival took around 10,000 people a DAY lol.
