Pretty crazy non-lethal gun i made. Just go to walgreen's or some other small store with a photo place and ask for their used disposable cameras...for a school project..of course :)
No tutorial will be made! There's tons online!

  • Hah! Those sparks make the coilgun look pretty awesome, but doesn't seem very efficient^^

    Well, you actually CAN wire capacitors in serial, increasing the achievable voltage, but decreasing the effective amount of µF, like 1/4 with 2 caps and 1/16 with 4 caps if I'm not wrong. But you can still store the same amount of energy since the higher voltage. Well, it could be possible that capacitors with lower capacity than the rest of the setup get overcharged, though.
