My new/used 2008 KTM 300XCW. I was bored so I decided to take a quick video. Cold start up, was about 28 degree's outside, you can tell the bike was still pretty cold when I flicked the throttle. Mods are a full FMF exhaust; Turbine core 2 muffler and Gnarly head pipe, along with Racetech springs for my weight and riding style. Future mods: Slavensracing head mod and get my dang E-start working again :)

  • hey could you tell me how you like the Turbine Core 2 pipe? i have a ktm 200xc-w with a FMF gnarly pipe but dont know what silencer i really want? Im also going for more of a crisp sound more than anything. It gets me around plenty as of now lol

  • @RedBullBurger25 Hey man, the TC2 is really nice. My brother in law has a 2009 200xcw with the same setup as mine and it screams in the higher rpm range with a nice powerful tone, you'd probably enjoy it and he noticed a little more pull on the top end with it.

  • hi im 16 and im going to get a 2006 ktm 300 exc this weekend i was wondering which pipe and muffler should i get like the fmf grarlel or a fatty adn what type of silencer and anyother mods that you could think of that good for this bike thanks.

  • @badmike15 What's up man-

You'll love the 300. I have the fmf Gnarly and matching pipe with a spark arrestor. Jetting is extremely important on these bikes as well. Jeff Slavens from Slavens racing has a lot of tips and tricks on these bikes look his name up here on youtube to find him. He's pretty much the Guru for the 300.

  • very nice bike. heard nothing but good things about that pipe. heard it gives allot of bottom end power. what do you think of it?

  • @JustRide626 I love the pipe and the muffler. I felt a huge difference in the bottom end zip. I weigh right around 302lb and it gets me out of the tight climbs and rocks with no problem
