  • thumbs up if you train karate ;D

  • This is true Wado-Ryu NOT Karate with Judo thrown in. Please keep in mind that many of the old Martial Arts pioneers shared many techniques and did not separate and segregate themselves like many of today's traditional “purists”. Ohtsuka OSensei, the founder of Wado-Ryu Karate, was a known contemporary of Kano OSensei the founder of Judo and they were both trained in Japanese forms of JuJitsu that had many similarities.

  • martial arts is my life

  • I train Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and Kick-boxing, but have great respect and love for karate as well.

  • This is one of the best videos about karate I've ever seen, simply, Wado-Ryu rocks and I'am pretty sorrow I don't have aby wado ryu dojo near by, infact in Mexico there is maybe two or three wado ryu dojos and nothing more, it's sad.

  • PRO!

  • Thanks for the demonstration , sensei Daniel , really very good !

  • @toastyzone

The creator of Wado Ryu had studied Yoshin Ryu Ju jitsu before studying Shotokan Karate. Wado Ryu is like an early modern day mma style as far as its creator seeing the need to combine striking with grappling.

  • this is prolly some of the better karate i have seen in awhile im so glad they kept the whole karate jutsu theme to it instaed of the katare do stuff...karate jutsu it is and should be!!!very good!

  • This video compelled me to search out a good Wado school in my area and I've been at it for a few months now and love it. Thanks sensei for your inspired video.

  • This is my first time seeing this style. It seems to be one stop shoping. Very practical for self defense.

  • @DrCameltoe Actually I train aikido but it´s ok!
