A quote from sonertb - "So you believe all muslims are deranged?" Note the word ALL where Harris used the word MOST. A clear cut case of strawman argument. Go get a brain. As for proof god doesn't exist, none is necessary as the burden of proof is always on the positive claim. This is just a simple rule of logic. The likelyhood of your god is the same as the likelyhood of any other, so slight it's not worth debating.

@HighlandsBird Not all persecution of Jews was committed by the Nazis. French, English, and Spanish kings persecuted Jews all through the Middle Ages. The Romans, of course, attacked and scattered the Jewish people. Jews are targets of hatred in America today. Now, does that excuse what Hitler did? Of course not. So, saying that stoning homosexuals pre-dates Islam and is done by others does not let Islam off the hook for condemning and prescribing brutal punishments for homosexuality.
