I do hope (together with all her fans) that Ms. Devia will sing all 3 Queens by Donizetti, and that there is a recordcompany as wise to release them on CD/DVD also.

I don't know about the commercial dvd thing.. but Devia is planning on doing the last of the three queens next season... Roberto Devereux :)

Devia is 2 for 3 (Anna Bolena and Maria Stuarda). Now the question is: will she complete Donizetti's Tudor Queens saga and sing Elisabetta?

The answer is NO. Mariella has already made it clear in interviews that she does not feel comfortable with Devereux, I think she said it was to heavy for her voice, or maybe to low, I can't remember. Although she did sing the role of Elisabetta in Elisabetta al Castello di Kenilworth. I'm not sure if we can expect any new roles for Devia or not?
