The Holidays is certainly not a good time to talk about going on a diet. I mean who can resist mom's home-cooked meals, especially if you've been away all year. But once the holidays are over how are you planning to lose that 10 pounds that's been piling up since Thanksgiving?
For the Eighth Day of Crewmas, we asked the crews what they do to stay in shape (The Phunk boys seem to be hitting the gym a lot.. you'll see what I mean ;] ). They also discuss their diet and how much milk they consume on a daily basis.
