  • @cartrifride ever heard of the Nuremberg trails? Were they unconstitutional?

  • @TheyHearUsNow the minute any of our rights are infringed upon, tell me, what are we fighting for? freedom? How can we fight for freedom if we use terrible, INHUMANE tactics to achieve it?

  • @ArcanineKing So they have it easy in that sense. If they had an annoying hipster like you on their side telling them about how it's immoral to torture and behead civilians and POWs they'd have him killed on the spot. Lucky for you, you're an American. You're born into a Western Capitalist society where you can bash and wine at the people who die saving your ass everyday without getting lynched or tortured. "Thank you US Military, Thank you Marines, Thank you 82nd/101st" would be most apreciated

  • @ArcanineKing if we questioned every move we ever made on whether it was justified or not the British, the Confederates, the Nazis, the Japanese, the Soviets, and the Jihadists would have won the many wars that we have fought. Why? BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT WHETHER KILLING OR TORTURING US IS MORAL OR NOT! They dont give a crap about you or me or any of us. While we have to put up with annoying college hipsters like you they dont have anyone on their side making things difficult for them.

  • @TheyHearUsNow And I guess US military torture camps are morally justified and legal, right? Does the Constitution allow the torture of even civilians, including US citizens and children? Because that's what the PATRIOT was for, and your blind fit of rage towards an enemy you don't even know.

Following what rules of war? Since when does torturing civilians just because they were affiliated with the 'enemy' become part of war and not part of our morals?

Let's waterboard you, see if you like it.

  • @TheyHearUsNow Sadly, your views on how this is 'war' and enemies is just plain stupid. War is defined by two nations or more, not a group of extremists. Should the American terrorist Timothy McVeigh not have any trial in the matter? If that were so, the whole American system would fail and there'd be unrest.

So as for your "Lol he should be tried and hung" statement is very fallible. I'll explain why. First of all, this country is nothing like that. Second, US idiocy never ceases to amaze me.

  • @ArcanineKing HAHA!!1!!! Im no redneck, Im part Cuban. Conscience applies to everyone, and so does morality. But following the rules of war does not betray your conscience. THis guy is not a soldier, he's a murderer assisting the enemy. He should be rightfully tried in a Military court just like the Nazis were and he will probably be executed. Military courts are not illegal nor are they morally wrong. Nice try lib, but your dessert friends will face justice from the good old US Army. Hooah!

  • @TheyHearUsNow 'pinhead'? 'lib'? So I guess conscience and morality doesn't apply to idiot rednecks. :V

Are you a O'Really fan too?

  • a critical hit, it's super affective. See I have a sense of humor.

  • @ArcanineKing Um Yeah ok lib...... Blastoise use Hydropump on this pinhead fire type.
