This video is misleading. It should be "70s Hong Kong Police Recuitment".

As the salary was $320(Basic sal.)+$150(allowance) in late 60. In 73, the total income of a constable was a little bit more than $700. Until 74 and onward, the salary of a constable was up to thousand.
