They were complaining her kimchi stuff being spicy and bitter. Duh? It's kimchi! Those guys are rude and should be more considerate of other people's feelings. Too many Japanese game shows are popular at the expense of innocent people. And by "girlish guy" you mean homosexual, right?
I'd definitely say she was crying. She asked them to stop being so mean several times, but they were relentless. Also, there are three skill levels on the pyramid, and she got less than the lowest. Poor girl.

Nope. ^^ Actually, you can see in the end that, when the "girlish guy in star shirt" needs to give her a score and rank her, he puts that piece of wood (or something) with her name on the other guy's foot. That's massive ownage! lol. And yeah, I think she cried (at least she was clearly cleaning her face from all the tears), but it could be from all the laughing, though.
