He didn't rip off Robin Hood. Hawkeye, Green Arrow, and some Image Comics archer were inspired by Robin Hood.

I think Green Arrow may be better.
There is no doubt that Hawkeye is Marvel's Answer to DC Comics Green Arrow.
A shame that Hawkeye is getting wasted as Ronin. That's not him.

In jla/avengers they were shown to be about equal.

Ultimate Hawkeye is like Bullseye in that he can also throw stuff like his own fingernails, in that aspect he's closer to Green Arrow's former sidekick, Red Arrow.
