I really like how thoughtful you are with your review. I myself have a pool and know hard it can be to clean it without any assistance. Based on this review I will defiantly look in to purchasing the Polaris. =)

Nice video for pool novice, might I suggest in the future referencing the equipment manuals for proper terms and names instead of “That thing there” , makes one wonder how much the instructor actually knows the equipment, but overall an informative video.

This product is great, Actually, I recently did have to clean out the interior jets for the wheels and the bag because the filter screen had failed and a couple of sand bits got into the polaris, but other than that, it works wonderful.

This is a great video but I panicked when I watched it because I wasn't counting on having to install a booster pump to make it work. As it turned out, I purchased a Polaris 360 (not a 380) which does not require a booster pump! Whew! Apparently, having to purchase a booster pump for these type of cleaners drove the manufacturer to come up with one that doesn't require the added pump...thank goodness!

I liked this video because it told me lots of stuff I didn't know about pool cleaning. and how to do it the proper way. hope anyone else that watches it enjoys it like I did.
Nice job, Todd. I've had a polaris in our pool for 13 years, even gave a name to our hard-working buddy (Debbie). A couple of additional points:
take the Polaris out of the pool when swimming - always a danger of tangling. Also, this is not a sub for chemical cleaners such as chlorine.
