April 27 (UPI) -- An off-duty police chief allegedly killed three people and injured six others Monday in a supermarket shooting in Moscow, police said. The killings may have been sparked by a family argument... Denis Yevsyukov, chief of police in Moscow's southern district, was arrested after allegedly killing the driver of the car who dropped him at the store, a female cashier and a man inside the store... "Yevsyukov had a major row with his wife before the incident," a police official said, adding Yevsyukov then left his house and argued with the driver before killing him and turning his gun on the people in the supermarket.
