I love this video.
I have been reading about concentrated foods such as oil, juices etc...
Dr. Hoffman's book on the Hunza people is a great book.
He talks about these these. I guess I could make a sauce out of avocado and vinegar, lime, garlic etc..
I love this video though. I love seaweed. You people look so radiant!

Hello! I purchased a decent size bag of Wakame for $2.65 from a Chinese market. I soaked it way past 5 minutes, it expanded!!! Should I have cut it dry first? It was HUGE. What kind of seaweed is used for the already prepared versions? I love that flavor. I tried to buy some pre-made at the same market and it had MSG and 2 different food colorings--added chemicals I just refuse to deal with. HELP! I just want to learn so much about seaweed. Thanks!

You can break it up when it is dry then soak it...some come chopped already. I used to buy big sheets of wakame..soak, then chop it wet...that is more work.
You can experiment with all seaweeds...they have different flavors and are very good for you. Im not sure which seaweed you are referring to, but just buy one and try it. The prepacked seaweed salads are never better than you making it yourself. peace!
