we have something like this in TORONTO canada, and over 3,000 people usually show up, its called the marijuana march happens once a year on 4:20

and they walk down the main streets of toronto.. cops are ALL over the place, they just wont do anything, ur allowed to smoke weed on that day cause of the march!
