Yellow dog burning at Waverly, WV engine show.MOV

This is the original yellow dog that I just purchased. I made a wick from a cotton horse lead rope and a wood lid to keep the fire from the fluid. We decided to burn it at the Waverly WV engine show. I was actually suprised at how much light it put out. I can now see how a few of these around the old standard derricks would provide enough light for the night crew to work.
