Cheap Joe's Porcelain Palette: http://bit.ly/fEG8ti
Hi I'm Joe from Cheap Joe's Art Stuff. I want to show you our new porcelain palette. We've had it for about a year now and I've been using this one for a year or a little over, it was a prototype I think, but it has become by far my favorite palette. It just a wonderful palette. This is it. It's the same format as the piggy back palette and the lid has the extra places in it. I've left it dirty on purpose. Well the truth is I usually leave it dirty. But I want to show you how it cleans up.
I take tissue or paper towel and just wet it a little and come in here and start picking up this color and some of these colors are staining colors and they're going to stain a plastic palette. So I'll get the bulk out of this now, both sides, loosen it up a little bit there and I've got a glob or two over here that's coming up. And now I'll pick up a clean tissue and come in here like that, little more moisture, and look at that. It's back absolute white. It will not stain. Look at that isn't that beautiful? I just love a clean palette. You can see your colors better. You can see what colors you're mixing better. It doesn't bubble like the plastic palette does or like a piece of glass you would think it would. The edges clean right up. See how nice that's cleaning up right there?
And that's got ac little glob of paint on it but see it's coming right off. So it's just a wonderful and wonderful palette. It's not a palette that's made for travel because it's very heavy. It weighs around 5 pounds so it's much too heavy to travel with. I do travel with this one but I keep it in the back of the car in a box. And when you're ready to mix color here it doesn't bubble it's ready to go.
Such a beautiful palette and I can keep coming around and it won't mess any of these colors up and when I'm ready to mix just start picking up color and mixing and painting, it's a great palette. I love mine. They're not cheap but it's a lifetime palette. So there you have the Cheap Joes', I think it's called Cavalcade, we have 2 sizes, this is the larger one and the smaller one is the Cheap Joe's porcelain palette. But they are absolutely fabulous and they clean up so nicely. There you have the porcelain palette.
