holy crap did it really go away, does it bother you periodicly? Like how long did it take and how bad was your jumper's knee?

@kuksoolwonninja it pretty much went away. I had it bad, but if you stay consistent and especially make sure you heat before - ice after you will see a difference.

have you ever heard of patella tendinosis? because thats what I have and it never goes away. its like tendonistis on steroids lol im trying to have a college baseball career and im really hopin it eventually goes away. im a senior in hs

I have rested for several years. I am fourteen and I haven't been able to get involved in any sports ever because of it. I also have osgood schlatters, which doesn't really hurt, but its annoying. I have been doing all of these things for well over six months and it is still suckish..I just wish it would go away:/
