I love to sit on my boat ...... in the marina ....... at sunset ........and listen to this movement. As the sun sets, this really brings tranquility to a hectic day. Rachmaninov was a genius. I love both this recording and the Previn one.

wonderful 3rd movement of this gorgeous Rachmaninoff's 2nd, elegant peaceful and easy melody, that Eric Carmen took for his "I never fall in love again" as he did from this same author's 2nd piano concert, adagio, for his "All by myself", very inspiring page
