@imlatinoguy I did that about 5 years ago with varying success. The problem is that part of the egg solidifies obstructing the hole. You have to create about 3 holes, but you might as well just poach it instead.

A friend microwaved a egg that had already been boiled hard, and when he was about to bite into it it exploded in his face!!!

try microwaving a cd for 12 seconds in the dark :)

Simple, get a base to keep the egg upright, poke a small hole on the top the shell. Done. Now the pressure can be released and you can microwave your egg.
