Russ is a great amateur coach, but can't seem to break into the pros. I think his personality is just too damn perky. I respect his work with Otis Grant, and totally agree with him stopping the fight with Roy Jones. He took a lot of criticism, but when you're been training someone since he was 12 years old, it's hard to watch him take a beating.

That guys feet are way too close together; almost parallel to the line. If he got he hit, wheres the balance?

@codeman95291 If you have your elbows tucked in to protect your body, you can't protect your face. You're supposed to tuck your elbows in as the punch comes in. If you had your elbows tucked in 100% of the time, your face would be a prime target.

David Lemieux is fighting all Canadian fighters!!!! There are so many ways to Jab! Do what works for that fight!
