@slaterm611 it is indeed a very nice kit..... compared to the HKs, the only let down that i could think off with the GAUI is the canopy.... i havent flown my gaui for a long time.... just havent got the time..... I hope you have a great time with your gaui.... fly safe and enjoy.... cheers.

@imprint2finished The Gaui 425 is the most awesome 500 sized heli, the quality of the kit is just outstanding and it is a blast to fly as well :)

I had to pay £20 customs duties on both purchased (HK500 and Gaui 425). its still a bit cheap because i get to buy a few extras from HK for less the price (batteries, gyros, carbon fiber blades, turnigy mg930s) by the way, your nitro heli looks sweet. post a video of your HK when its finish. have fun mate.

I bought the Hk500gt belt version a year ago, like you said you get what you paid for, I had to replace a lot of HK parts for Align. most plastic parts of these helis are so flimsy, now my HK has Align parts about 90% every parts broken on every crash is replaced with Align parts. I kept complaining about the quality of HK products but still I made one more purchased, this time its a Gaui 425 which I have no complain this time. good luck, have a great flight with your HK500gt.

just check the collar on the main gear as that tends to be the problem, the blades wont be used it just shows careless handling.
have fun when you get the electronics...see you in the skys dude.

Will just point out that the heli kit didnt cost me 100 pound i had to pay a 13 pound relese charge becoz of stupid uk customs
and also my jaw isnt normally that big
i have an absest in my jaw =(
