Stage 1 of the Omei Bak Mei - Internal cultivation system " Teen Gong Ba Faht" 8 Methods of Divine Force. This the 1st standing meditation of a series of cultivating the 3 Dan Tian and basic of 6 Directional force inside the body.

This meditation is to develop and cultivate Qi in the Lower Dan Tian. The Hand Mudra is connecting Body with Earth and is called Hung lung Hei Gung - Red Dragon Breathing method. 3 Breaths to start and 3 breaths to end this meditation before you open your eyes. Slow even breathes! Dont force the breath guide it but dont follow it!!
