This numbers station carries the Enigma 2000 identifier of S06s. The female Russian voice with slow zeros and ending of 00000 is the key to identification. FYI, in the future giving time and day in UTC will make identification easier and more probable. UTC time and date is near universal for most things radio, particularly on HF, and most scheduling list are in both UTC time and UTC date.
