SaiiTV Rainbow Colors Makeup Tutorial

All Eye shadow colors are by collection 2000, also so was the black eye liner, purple and yellow colors were from the claires color palet thingy, not sure what it was called,
the mascara was colossul, you can find all of these at tescos even! , but just goes to show, doesent cost a lot of money to get a wierdly experimantal look does it?
