@Damagedalmond the Insurrectioniss had starships, both civilian craft and stolen Military vessels. in the Book Halo:; First Strike, the Chief stumbles upon an Innie base that has an ONI vessel as a flagship.

@MartinSkillz2 He's not being literal, it is showing how you react to certain circumstances, and how to work as a team. Not trying to start anything, but that's how I see what he said. I mean, he really isn't talking about you playing the game but how the game characters react to the situations they were placed in. If you were to read the actual comment. @TheWierdo67 While humans killing humans IS a stupid gesture of war, at least it teaches us how to fight. If the UNSC never had to fight the Insurrectionists from the Outer Colonies, mankind would have been annihilated. The war with the Insurrectionists taught the UNSC how to fight with their brand new starships in space.
