"In terms of sheer batting speed, Albert Pujols swung his preferred 31.5-ounce bat at a speed of 86.99 miles per hour," from a study conducted on Pujols comparing his performance completing several baseball and coordination related tasks vs. the performance recorded for Babe Ruth completing the same tasks some 80 years earlier. So my question, therefore, is WHY IS ANYONE POPPING OFF ABOUT SWINGING A BASEBALL BAT OVER 100 MPH? YOU CAN'T DO IT, SO SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH!!!!!!!

i watched this video with bryce harper and it showed a cronograph showing the ball exit speed and the highest he got was a 105 i think so im fairly sure you tops you might get in the majors is like 110

@DiskidsacomIetehomo His sister is hot tho, plus his speed can be quicker with a light bat, but then the ball wont have any drive.. I thought people from up north fucked there sisters? bc i had a friend from Pennsylvania that fucked her dad, then got caught by her husband.. Im from the south but that shit dont happen down here, except with the blacks

i dont know what all the arguing is about, but this video is ass. by the way you dont need a 100mph swing to hit bombs... ive never had my swing registered on radar but i would guess its in the 70s to 80s... im not a big guy but i can put a lil somethin on the ball. WATCH MY VID

This is what he said to us when he was coaching our team (during this time he was still battling). Alright, I've seen him swing a bat actually played 2B when he was taking BP and the ball was passed me before I took a step. He is a freak, just by what he said he said he once swung a bat at 117 after doing some research last night I found an article saying they clocked his bat once at 110.
All I know is the guy can hit the piss out of the ball, and has one of the quickest bats in the game.

I just really cant stand people like you who cant get passed the attacks and just admit their wrong. I can believe you hit a ball 93 mph, but saying someone swings a bat 117 mph is just ludicrous. Top exit speeds register at around 122 mph in baseball today. If someone swung the bat 117 mph balls would be flying 140 mph+ which would be straight lethal. Pitchers wouldnt be allowed to pitch without catchers equipment. Just read what you're saying. You sound ridiculous.

He actually I'm not a southern redneck I grew up in Connecticut then moved down to Raleigh... Hamilton went to my fucking high school, actually coached one of my teams, and worked out with another one of my teams for an entire summer.
The ball coming off the bat was not 117. the actual bat speed was 117. I've hit a ball with a bat that registered 93 off the bat on a liner back up the middle, I am not even close to what hamilton swings it.
Too bad I don't have any siblings you idiot.
you are wrong.

I've played baseball collegiately and on a professional level, and never once ever in my life heard of anyone coming anywhere close to breaking an elbow due to a bad swing. If that's the case I think we'd see at least one player in the majors on the DL due to a broken elbow throughout the year, yet to see it though.. If you're coming close to breaking your elbows not once but "a couple times", you need to be drinking more milk or something. There shouldn't be any pain in your elbows swinging.
