  • Could be part of a runner's program...you want to also do things that more simulate running...such as bounding, skipping, etc.

  • @Ry2416 This is fast twitch... It is a plyometric style training, I can guarantee you that this is a fast twitch exercise

  • will this allow for faster running over time? Because want to run faster.
