  • why don't they take up the governments offer and get sattelite?

  • your thoughts are out its 2007 not 1907

    they dont have to marry in a church if churchs dont want someone else will supply the venue.

    just give them the same rights as anyone else marriage

    protected by law.

    what makes churches think they have the right to claim it as theres.marriages have been performed in every culture in the world and some without religion

  • I see victims of Police are not aloud to have a voice

  • As I said, that is MY opinion, not yours or anyone elses. I am entitled to that. So next time, try to be a little less rude.

  • they should have the same rights as a hetrosexual couples get a life you homophobic howard lover.

    they need to be protected like a woman when she leaves her husband of x amount of years and takes half of what he owns why cant they have the same rights that you and i are entitled to .moron.

  • I think Howard has made the right decision by not allowing gay marriage to be officially recognised in Australia, it is illegal in many countries to practise a gay relationship so you still have the ability express yourself. My opinion is that marriage should always be something between a male and female, with the ability to conceive a natural family (infertility issues aside). I don't believe it is discrimination at all. I would prefer to have a safer country than an overpopulated one.

  • Yeah the baseball cap, thats a great idea, it will even furether enforce the whole american ethos that he supports under the guise of doing the best thing for Australians! wake up.

  • Funny, if the majority didnt vote for him, how did he become prime minister? Thats a rather ridiculous assumption you have made... this is not the United States

  • Hahaha you have got a great point there! Are any politicians worth arguing over? Probably not... I suppose we can liken all of these comments to an "Opinion Poll" though. Will wake you after the election...

  • Trouble is it's either this idiot or the other idiot. Latest AEC propaganda goes on about how valuable a vote is...Too valuable to waste on any of them in my book so I don't bother, just get name crossed off and walk out. When I voted I used to work from last to first, but now rate em all the same, none of them worth it.
