We have some hybrids between the trans-pecos and southern copperheads.

Agkistrodon contortrix contortrix X Agkistrodon contortrix pictigaster in our area. You're correct, they both are southerns, but just different types of southerns.

Please handle them in the absolute WORST way possible why don't you. Jesus, man. If you're gonna educate people, get a little yourself on how to handle a venomous snake. I could write a novel on the physiological damage you are doing to that poor thing's jaw structure and internal organs.

Thumbs up, its great to see some education going on but for god sake the best education is prevention, Use a hook or tongs or anything other than your bare hands, I was on the edge of my seat. Keep up the good work.
