  • Thanks for your correction. There are actually quite a few mistakes in this video.. Although the "last stance" (xu bu) is correctly done low, I know my torso was leaning to much forward, I had no warm-up.

    I also saw that you posted on Davids video, telling him, "dont stick your butt out in cat stance", he has a torn knee.

    If you "nit-pick" your own form like you do others (which is the fastest way to improve) then I'm sure your awesome at wush, keep up the good work.

  • Hi. Nice wu bu chuan! After watching you Im going to go back to doing forms very slow as you did here. stresses balance and muscle control.

  • dont bent over so much in resting step ;-) and last stance less low but more crisp , especially the hook and tiao dzhang
