After being convicted of manslaughter after the untimely death of her live-in boyfriend, Jerome Paublo Estes (which she still maintains her innocence), she was sentanced 8 years, 5 with good behaviour to a Brantford Jail. Her accomplices, StumpZ and Boricua, managed to skip jail time and were served 2 years of community service at St. Mary's Boarding School for Wayward Girls.

A new dawn is breaking. After much soulsearcing and shower sexual harassment, Ann has written and produced a brand new solo album entitled "JustIce" featuring the title track "JustIce Ain't Blind" and "Sing f'da Bling" "I Shot Yo Mama" "I Killed Jerome" "The Defense Ain't Got Nuthin on Me" "InnocenZ" and the latest single "Sodomized."

Her debut album comes out in May 2006 and Baby ThuggleZ will be going on tour in the summer of 2008, pending her release.
