( DAY 4 ) - 10-15-2009: PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES WITH US, TO HELP US ALL in the battle to QUIT SMOKING these cigarettes. Thank You
I had to stop take Chantix on Day five due to a weird depression type feeling WHILE I WAS STILL SMOKING! - TRIALS & TRIGGERS

So I quit smoking with nicotine patches and gum, and started smoking again. 7-30-09 UPDATE: It lasted about 5 days, and I ended up smoking agian.

As in the video I am on Day 4 and using Zyban, and nictonine supplents - today was NOT as rough as day 3 - EXCEPT facing a 3-5 second compromise, like no other! it is ONLY by the grace of God, I did not smoke that cig today

  • Bro, I just quit 4 weeks ago, I stopped the patch afrer 2 weeks. I am dying every night for a smoke. I am a nic junkie. I quit in 2005 and started again in 2007. This time is really getting me. I am dizzy every night and can not focus very well at work.

  • 2 weeks is not nearly long enough!!! I know what your feeling.

Put the patch back on, and use the 21mg for 6-8 weeks, then go down to 14mg.

I know we want to get off the patch asap, but in all my attempts, this one worked. I bought the patches, and wore them for over 3-1/2 months.

It's worth it. Your not weak person just because you are using a nictotine patch. I know, and you know how addictive nicotine is, so take advantage of every thing you can, including praying to God!

  • Man oh man, Day 4 was actually easier that Day 3...with the exception of a 3-5 second trigger that was sparked up, in which I did escape by the loving grace of God, as the video speaks for itself..

    Moving into Day 5!

  • I can't even imagine how many or where my trigger points will be when I quit smoking. I smoke everywhere, so that ought to be not fun, but I have to do it before these things put me in the grave.
