Changing the filter pads in the Fluval 405 canister filter. Also a fresh water change in the 47 gallon bow front tank.

    To resolve the problem with the ring and to seal perfectly the canister put some petroleum jelly all around the ring like you did with the butter.

    It'll not harm your fish. I did that with my 405 Fluval 2 years ago now and my cichlids are happy and even had babies. No leak any more and you'll close you canister with just to fingers.

  • @ZZMann33 do not use petroleum jelly it rottens seals faster.use a silicone lube

    The orange looking ones are Parrot Fish, and the other dark grey ones look like Piranha's , but i could be wrong.
