@Nelson5011 yea it is a very effective and you have to be out to the side to correctly use it so you aren't called for stalling...

The best defense is to just pell of the claw hand. Its a tough ride though, you see it alot in college wrestling because its fairly safe and generates tons of pressure

@executionery4145 I like to defend by putting two of my hands on the claw and peeling. Keep the hand if you can or It'l come right back!
