Since the movie Sideways was shot in Santa Barbara County, actors Scott Topper and Mike Gordon wanted to give the wine that gets no respect a little love...
No longer is cheese the ONLY pairing, think out of the fondue...buy with doughnuts, sell with beans, has been a saying in the wine industry in California since May 2011.




Volunteers were selected from a live wine tasting AWS audience who rated the pairings one course at a time. Swirling, swishing, sampling, belching, and swallowing wine is featured in this video presentation. Not for the faint of heart or those who do not enjoy food.
