How to install aircrack-ng - The Easy Way

This tutorial shows how to install aircrack-ng suite the easy way.
Internet connection is required.

This was tested working on the Ubuntu release 10.10 running on the 2.6.35-28-generic-pae kernel. It should work on other systems.

If the ...-init and ...term scripts dont work, edit them and try replace the 'wlan0' with 'wifi0'. Likewise with the 'mon0'.

OpenSSL is included, and so is Build-Essential in the scripts for when you need to compile drivers for use with your wireless card (if needed for your card).

Instructions for how to do this will be covered in a later video hopefully.

hey i get permission denied but i did what you said whit the sudo at the front but i either get command not found or no such file or directory and i put all the scrips on my desktop

Try again from scratch. If you do EXACTLY what the video shows me doing, it should work.

Again, don't forget to chmod the scripts, otherwise an attempted execution will give the message you've recieved.
