Classic Sony Vaio Startup Sound (circa 1995)

Had you've been lucky enough to buy a brand-spanking new Sony Vaio back in the mid-90's, you'd hear this sound from the BIOS. This was recorded directly from a Sony Vaio PCV-120.

EDIT: I've discovered this sound is also on some recent Vaios, namely the FE series.

Someone gave me a free Vaio, made around 2002 I think, that makes this sound... googled this just so I could listen to that noise without having to smack the computer around to get it to turn on.

I purchased a Sony Vaio mid tower back in the late "90's and I must say that it was the best computer Ive ever owned, and I love that sound startup sound

One of the VGN series also had that sound and it runs windows vista

My computer that i used to borrow from the school for school studies is a 2006 Sony Vaio running Windows Vista and it has that start up noise.
