A sheet of gold with mass 10.0 g, initially at 20.0 degrees C is placed on top of a sheet of iron with mass 20.0 g, initially at 50.0 degrees C. Heat is transferred from the iron to the gold. What is the final temperature of the two metals? Assume that no heat is transferred to or from the surroundings.
