What Dont Panic is actually all about

Dont Panic scored quite a coup recently, with its embarrassing undercover Alan Duncan video making the BBCs News at 10.

But what is Dont Panic? It is being described as an activist group, which is clearly part of what it does. But infact its much more than that a very modern publishing enterprise that, to my mind, points to the future for web-based multimedia magazines.

Why did you remove the bit where Heydon talks about being the salesperson for Don't Panic?

Doesn't it seem contradictory how tightly he wants to control his own image while at the same time claiming it is in the public's interest to do things like post secretly recorded conversations?
