Manhattan Jukebox 1947 Packard ,Homer E Capeheart 24 x 78 's ( Timz-Jukes )

Here is a lovely old jukebox from the Golden era one of only two models Manufactured for two years,
I have been after one of these for more years than I care to remember , well I have just imported it from Kansas , and I have been tinkering with it for a few days now to re-a-just it after a long journey ( Bing & Pat are singing !! )
After a Cycle converter & a transformer , it's just about working spot on, not many of these around , especially not in the UK ,
It was made by Homer E Capehart,owner of Packard Manufacturing,he worked for Wurlitzer from 1933-1939, he produced two models the 7 Pla-Mor ,designed by Robert L Ardner , and the Manhattan that was designed by Russell Brandenburg Sr, it plays 24 x 78 RPM records ,and is quite unique in it's appearance
they also Manufactured wallboxes (Packard Butler) many of these are still around now as they would work with other machines. In 1949 Packard were facing financial difficulties and the phonograph division was sold to Wurlitzer ?

I counted the bulbs in it ?
(25 internal bulbs in total !!! Wow!!! ) a nice change from the usual wurlitzer's,Rock-Ola Seeburg's etc, ( if any-one has tech info regarding the tension on the 24th pin I would be interested,) ( the solenoid cannot push it in ?? ) thank you all for looking at my video I hope you enjoyed it ?,Merry Christmas Tim.

Yes you are right , I am waiting for a better cycle converter , the one I have is faulty ,(5-7% slow)
