So... this is a bit late... Couple of family members came to visit so.. I slacked off for a couple of days. Now I'm back. Summer school just started for me and this is going to be my last semester at a community college. Then I'll be transferring to a 4 year university. Anyways... I only lifted twice this week and I've decided that I should post up my workout logs on here also so that I have a record of it, and so I won't have to type it twice.

*Note The weights are calculated by what's easiest for me to rack up weights. That way I won't have to do math whilst lifting. And not all names are accurate, again, its whatever is easiest for me to remember.

Oh, and one more thing, I've realized that I want people to criticize me. So go ahead YouTube, give me your best shot. I need the extra motivation, and that way I can feed off it while I'm lifting.

P.S: Planning on not doing cardio/playing basketball for the whole 6 weeks that I'm in summer school and see if I'll be able to bulk up faster.

  • I dont know what you looked like before this so I'll go constructive on what I see. I Dont see a whole lot of mass, although with the exercises you're doing you're bound to grow, I will reccomend pull-ups, assisted are great for upper back. Also focus on upper pec. I would stick to barbell curls to truly peak your biceps, for barbelss emphysize on strict form with the bicep brachialis (under bicep muscle). Also you need shoulders big time, deltoid side raises are a MUST. Keep it up, good job.
