Enjoy my awful voice, but it could be worse, I suppose. The audio quality improves later on in the LP. So, I'm finally back. My video should tell you everything about where I've been, what I've been up to, and why this video came out now.

Background Information: Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage is one of very few RPGs for the N64. It was released in 2001 one month before the GameCube was released. It was a major failure, considering the mediocre sales, and publicity. It also had outdated graphics, even for 2001. The game came with many glitches, and the battle modes were long and time consuming. Originally named "Nomen Quest", the game had better graphics when the game was still being created, which is very disappointing. But still, I've always liked this game. And if we're lucky, who knows, I might actually play out the whole entire game. This is the beginning of the story, where the hero is in search of the unimportant farmer, Kendall who has gone missing in the forest. And because the hero, Alaron, left the castle without telling anybody, everybody's looking for Alaron, mainly, as well. THQ, was a part in game production, and it is still around, but it's sidekick on this game's creation and designing: H2O Interactive, closed it's doors shortly after the game's release, and of course, failure.

This video is played on an emulator. The rest is played on the regular console, eight months later.

Enjoy!

  • This game is one of the few things i remember from my childhood, and i'm glad that i'm not the only one who enjoys it.

  • @awakeatnight1 - Hell yes.

  • @Zeldanon - Uh, decibels? I think that's it.

  • @luishomeroremohsiul - My computer was dying at this point. That's why Part 2 wasn't made until January of this year.

  • @luishomeroremohsiul ps. "This video is played on an emulator." Damn, is that the original framerate? Or is your pc incapable of handling the IMMENSE processing power required to smoothly run n64 roms?
