What program do you use for animating these? Is it a game like garrys mod or an actual program?

@RockerChick183 Videos with modeling similar to this is made on a 3D animation program called MikuMikuDance, made by Mr. Higuchi, if I remember correctly. Garry's Mod is a game; not an animation program.

However, now that MMD has Kinect, it can be used as gameplay when you combine it with physics.
