BZ Contemporary Nathan Trasoras Solo

MEET NATHAN

Nathan Trasoras was first runner-up in 2008 Music Center Spotlight Award held at Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. In 2009, Nathan submitted 3 entries to youngARTS/National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts (NFAA). All his entries won in multiple categories: choreography, modern and jazz dance. These earned him an opportunity to perform at the Mikhail Baryshnikov Arts Center in New York.This includes an all-expense paid week of tra ining with some of the well-known performers in the industry. His credentials nominated him to a Presidential Scholar as a semi-finalist. At a recent show on FOX tv, Nathan appeared on "So You Think You Can Dance".

He is a natural dancer. I wish I could make people feel the way he makes me feel. The way he interprets the lyrics into movement is incredible. I think he should've gone further in sytycd. Maybe even win. He came to my studio and taught class a longgg time ago, and I wish I showed up.
